JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for thorough identification of advertising media platforms (ATL, BTL, and out-of-the-box advertising platforms) that are suitable for the company’s brand products and services to achieve excellent brand awareness and perception.
- Identifies and recommends media platforms suitable to the brand and or its products and services with concrete data and basis.
- Keeps up-to-date with the latest industry researches and ratings.
- Formulates media planning strategies for direct transactions and monitors media execution on a regular basis.
- Coordinates with advertising agencies and media suppliers (external and internal providers).
- Ensures that ads run accurately and on time so that desired media message is seen and heard by target audience.
- Assist in the development and execution of advertising, marketing, and PR activities to maximize sales of an asigned brand and its products and services.
- Knows how to effectively manage and efficiently prepare, cost and spend budget all throughout each campaign.
- Collects and analyzes research dta to come up with guidedd media strategies.
- Analyzes the effectiveness of the campaign and uses data to improve future campaigns.
- Ensures that bonus events (from media buys) will be maximized and executed properly to achieve marketing goals identified.
- Supervises and mentors the marketing associate and updates the Department Head regularly.
- Help conceptualizeand develope marketing communication materilas for each product based on research ang insights.
- Delivers other tasks that will be assigned by management from time to time.
- Knowledgeable in advertising platforms – TV, Radio, Print Ad, OOH, store collaterals and other non-traditional ads.
- Negotiate advertising contracts.
- Knows how to monitor budget, initiate research for new and possible advertising venues.
- Know how to create marketing campaigns and media plans.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Journalist/Editor or equivalent.
- Must have strong negotiation, presentation, effective organizational and commercial awareness skills.
- With exceptional verbal and written skills.
