JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for Summary of Modules inventory
• Preparation of minutes of the meeting
• Preparation of deployment and repair schedule
• Receiving and checking of all bdu logistics job order
• Checking of modules availability
• Responded to inquiry regarding deployment and construction concern
• Have directly interaction with sales department
• Preparation of modules and signage quotation
• Meeting with suppliers
• Store audit (as per advise by superior)
• Report summary of all deployment, repair, and modules
• Responsible to email all sales agent regarding request status
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries
• Handle multiple projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
